    • Formatted or unformatted report option grid data to Microsoft®, Excel®, HTML, XML, ASCII delimited, or text
    • Tables and fields to Microsoft Excel, ASCII Delimited, XML, or CSV
  • Create and define Dataview Groups to access data drillers quickly
  • Data import enhancements include:

    • Import and export of vendor cost levels
  • Print check stub overflow to blank paper or a separate printer for checks with more than 12 advice lines

  • A Pre-Authorization transaction is now available in the Credit Card Processing option.
  • Edit the quantity in a Modular BOM containing Variable Components during Post Completed Manufacturing.
  • Filter the IC Journal report to print only manufacturing transactions.
  • Supports nesting a Modular BOM Type inside another Modular BOM Type
  • Manufacturer's name and part number can be added to the Item Master Maintenance window

New features in version 7.3 included:

  • Job Cost now supports Multicurrency transactions, billings and reporting.
  • Business Status Report redesigned with additional hyperlinks and added fields.

New features in version 7.2 included:

  • Quick Ship Wizard added to ship multiple sales orders simultaneously
  • Defer invoicing, combine partial shipments and combine selected shipments into a single invoice.
  • New Item Forecasting Wizard added to project and estimate new order points and order quantities.
  • Multiple Value-Added Tax method added to assign multiple tax codes to a single line item
  • Alphanumeric account codes available in General Ledger
  • Enter Starting On-hand Quantities when adding Inventory Items from AR, OE or PO modules
  • Add picture files to Inventory Items and Employee Records.
  • Use Edit Sequence command button to edit the printing sequence of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoice line items
  • New Clipboard Toolbar to copy and paste text from Windows clipboard to Pro Series Forms
  • Print Vendor comments on checks
  • Pro Series now available with Microsoft Visual FoxPro 8.0

New features in version 7.1 included:

  • Create PO's instantly from Order Entry when inventory level drops below order point
  • Create Drop Ship PO's from Order Entry
  • Customize Picking Tickets in Order Entry
  • Add description to Payables using Description Field in Enter Payables Screen
  • Payroll support of MS-SQL Server added for Enterprise Edition and Small Business Edition
  • Bill of Materials module added for single-level BOMs and Finished Goods

New features in version 7.0 included:

  • Support for MS-SQL server added
  • Each Picklist is now a DataDriller data view, with sorting, filtering and searching capabilities
  • Create desktop icons with Favorites Toolbar to access frequently-used screens
  • Display or print orders from history
